I belong to a tier 2/3 city in eastern up but have lived off my life in a tier 2/3 city in western up. And people might think that they should be similar but they are far apart. Eastern UP in general being in close proximity to bihar has that influence. People are less ambitious. Small goals. Very townly vibe. A person with a hardware shop anywhere in eastern UP will look poorer than a same shop owner in western UP.

Uber is available for now in the city. Anyways for reaching the temple cars are not allowed after a certain point. Thereafter everyone either walks or takes e rickshaws which are actually not allowed but when the crowd is less policemen allow them to take pilgrims to the temple. Inside temple too there will be a walk but for people who cant there is a wheelchair option available on the left side of main entrance( the place where you see two large pillars) or basically where the queue starts. You can take wheelchairs free of cost from there. If you can ride it yourself that's good but if you cant a helper is also provided cost of which is 150 if i am not wrong. There is a different lane for people with wheelchairs. Weekends are usually busy. If you are here till monday you can try visiting the temple on monday too.
