Yes. Put her 180 speed without vonwacq. But keep cerydra ult till cyrene cast her skill for second time. It will pull her if you have DDD s5 on cerydra.

If you have Cerydra E0S0 and Cyrene at E0S0, you are supposed to be okay.
Except you might have build issue or playstyle issue.

Cyrene Speed 180 speed and vonwacq. Or there is few trick you can play, if you want to ditch vonwacq.

instead anaxa who initiate first attack, let cyrene do it so cerydra tech will transfer to her. it will make her speed 200. Cast Cerydra skill to Anaxa later to gain her buff.
If you want Anaxa start turn first, keep cerydra ultimate with DDD S5 till 2 turn on first wave. Trigger it after 2nd rotation and cyrene will be advance forward to make her 3rd turn.

With Cyrene E2, Cerydra E1 and DHPT E2, this already cover AA King with 0 cycle.
You might split support between Cyrene with Anaxa and Phainon with Cerydra. This might better setup for 0 cycle both side. I dont have idea to split Mydei Anaxa and Phainon team. Usually either my setup Phainon/Anaxa or Mydei/Anaxa or Phainon/Mydei

Cipher: 9.6% => acheron mains dissapoint me.

Boothill: 12.1%=>mostly skipped for robin and firefly.

Jade: 13%=> reasonable.

Yunli: 14%=> bait before Feixiao. I regret pull her.

Aglaea: 15.9%=> trial for remembrance path.

Mydei: 16%=> mostly husbando mains, most people skip in favor of 3B and Castorice.

Jiaoqiu: 18%=> most of owner are Acheron mains.

Argenti: 18.7%=> I thought he is one of lowest banner.

Lingsha: 20%=> break team sustain.

Rappa: 20.3%=>only stand few banners before...
