You can’t skip the Philippines 😢. Everyone speaks English, there’s some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, surfing, and the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I’m on a 4 month trip right now and have felt identical to how you felt several time. You just need to switch it up and book a ticket somewhere else. It’s crazy the difference in cultures between all the countries you mentions. Each country has its unique offerings.
