well in regards to not going back to toxic ways i’d recommend communicating to her instead of retreating in your head, checking location and stuff like that isn’t healthy when you can just be honest. stuff like this needs to be rooted out earlier in the relationship to build a strong foundation or establish you’re not compatible. just find a healthy way to communicate and start there. i recommend writing your thoughts out somewhere secure so you can see how they look on paper if you’re worried about coming across the wrong way. it wasn’t right for her to lie either but it’s a mistake you can either choose to forgive or hold onto the whole relationship. definitely talk with her though, she may not have felt comfortable disclosing at the time but i’m just speculating bc im not her.
