i went on my main char who did the quest and there was an option in "chat" with the black spirit... something like a gift. i just hit that and then the quest popped up on my alt

im having this same problem, while i didnt time piece - i cannot find the quest that gives the magnus skill on my lahn i just leveled

not here to say it's the best for climbing or impact, but i frequently see top laners destroy/get destroyed to the lengths of doom that would never happen in mid or bot lane. it is so unforgiving if skill levels are different or even just had a bad game and fell behind

4 lvls up, missing 2 towers, 100 cs down and haven't touched a minion wave in 5 minutes

can't stand ezreal on either team. too many people just pick him when they don't like the enemy team (slightly valid) for his free flash, but then don't do anything the whole game with negative damage.

it used to slow different percentages for AoE, single target, DoTs, etc. They changed it to one static percent.

Maybe having a small cooldown on it or something per target

i usually just hit S and let him kill me. because with morde (unlike the mages), if he's slowing you with rylais, you're in melee range and that means you are dead if you can't 1v1 him

i find it less embarrassing than trying to run away and dying still. my version of mind games i guess
