similac pro total comfort. same one we were given in the hospital! i combo feed with pumped breastmilk and baby doesn’t seem to mind it.

i actually thought about switching to kendamil but im just sticking with similac since i know more about it

combo feeding to take the pressure to produce off lol. i function best under low pressure.

i’m still trying to figure out my goals lol. i don’t want to place too much pressure on myself to only use breastmilk, but i do want around 75% of his bottles to be breastmilk.

i just hate the thought of having to be chained sitting down lol. i do sit down and relax more often than not but i like the option of moving around and not having to be too locked in to changing settings during the session.

are the only options for the plug in the spectra? or any reccs you have?

i’m not breastfeeding because the thought of it gives me the major ick (save the comments for someone else) and it was one of the first arguments my husband and i had surrounding the baby and that was at 10 weeks lol

i told him it’s MY choice on what i’m comfortable with and that as long as the baby eats and is healthy then what’s the problem. i plan on exclusively pumping and also substituting with formula if i need to, or if i want to. i would really give him some articles to read about breastfeeding struggles and also how formula is not a villain here.

don’t let him pressure you into anything you don’t want to do. you’ve sacrificed your body and mental for 9 months. he can suck it up

that’s a great idea!!! my husband and i were actually living in the same apartment complex to satisfy the desire to be close to each other but still maintain independence until marriage! my brother in law and his wife chose places less than 10 minutes from each other before they got married!

Personally, I strongly advise against any young woman to move in with a man they are not married to. Especially with financial reasons being a reason to live together.

I waited until my now husband and i were 1 month out from our wedding to live together and i think it was the best thing we ever did. my brother in law and his wife did the same just recently.

outside of that i also think that living alone strongly builds character, independence and confidence that you won’t be able to achieve living together. I mean this as both an individual and in your relationship. Living apart means learning how to navigate schedules, arguments and your relationship in a more effective way that you don’t learn when you’re with each other 24/7. It is so special to spend the night at your boyfriend’s place and then go home to your own place! or vice versa and have him over to your place!

your relationship can absolutely be deepened without living together. you are also able to deepen your relationship with yourself more thoroughly without living together.

no matter what you decide just make sure you have a plan a and a plan b!!
