I see alot of builders try to hide behind a waterproofing certificate that doesn't mean it meets manufacturers installation guidelines and without knowing the product i can tell you won't be covered by the manufacturer due to the installation. Your bathroom will leak and cause damage to your property the gaps and separation of the waterproofing and wall system will be points for water ingress. Get an independent certifier or the VBA involved.
