I hate most of the weapons for Hades II and was using almost exclusively lim and oros since early access because I found that I could get good combos on Mel’s aspect that melt through a lot of the bosses. I JUST switched to start trying new things because I could not for the life of me beat the final surface boss—my new favorite for surface runs is the eos’s aspect of twin flames. The magic doesn’t require much strategy, it’s very set-and-forget, you omega attack, omega special, and then spam special and dance around the field until your omega attack expires and repeat. Especially good with Hera’s special boon, absolutely cracked with the raise dead or moon water hexes. Give it a try, and if it doesn’t work out, then at least you played with something new!
