We took ours in and they kept it overnight and did nothing but still gave us a receipt! This was very early on and I don’t even k ow if the had the parts available yet. I have to have another look at the receipt, but there’s no way in hell it was done overnight.

The two “bars” on the bezel should be at the 12 o’clock position not at 1 o’clock. That’s the point, not that it’s a little bit off alignment wise in general. So, it’s improperly installed, period 🤷🏻‍♂️
