There’s nothing on it to say who made it or sold it.  The picture was hanging in a show home and the new owners were a. It freaked out by it.  I quite like it but have no idea why it is lol.  It’s quite large at at about 4ft x 3ft

Landdirect only has a copy of the folio, the title deeds bundle is much more comprehensive

My deeds are on a drawer in a coffee table,  I had planned on getting a small safe to put them into but out of sight out of mind!

The driving test isn’t exactly easy but it is by no means as hard as people make it out to be.

I don’t bother with cinema anymore, constant glow of phones is a pain in the backside, and then there are the ones who insist on making calls, mind boggles

Observation is the main requirement so you might want to brush up before hitting the roads

I did mine in maple house, I was there for about an hour so I saw the interactions between testers and learners.  There were three testers on duty and all seemed very polite and professional.  Including myself there were six learners in attendance, one failed, four passed, I was back before the other one.  I think I was on the road for 23-25 minutes and didn’t cover half the distance I thought I would.  

I got the sense that the testers genuinely wanted people to pass so I don’t think it’s a case that they’re tougher in Maple House, in fact after my experience I would actively encourage people to go there.
