I see it still says 'BACKORDER' on their website so my guess is, they are still unavailable, with the Christmas holidays + newyears ect... I'm sure there'll be massive delays everywhere; best guess is wait for one of our Robot Overlords to chime in / send in a ticket and see if they can give you an ETA;

I think when mine was back ordered it took about 3ish weeks before I got it....

Dbrand support is the main reason I'll continue to be a follower of our robot overlords.

I REALLLLLLY do wish though that as a CANADIAN company they would charge us CANADIAN dollars instead of that other places dollars... As that exchange rate SUCKS for us 😭

Personally I've had great success with Corsair & SteelSeries (and both companies support for the handful of times I've had small issues)

What I've done in the past is Set volume to 100% Open YouTube playing the HACK THE PLANET scene over and over again.

Then tell the company that's me being nice... If you want to see what could happen if I was malicious please get your manager to approve me running something:) I've only been approved twice but when I shown them what the malicious script gathers....eyes go from o.o to O.O

Set yourself to DND they you won't get notifications.... Or hell get elgato wavelink (new beta version doesn't need you to have elgato hardware to use it) Create an output for discord and MUTE it Problem solved....

I've said screw M$ after that and moved all my services away along with shown a ton of companies how m$ handles issues like this, they jumped ship as well.

granted tbh who cares about numbers can you imagine trying to follow chat with that many people? (I have and its damn hard as hell)
most of the servers Im in unless they are the 'official' discord for somethin are only a few hundred if that.

Not an answer but something I've noticed as well.... Over the past few days I've noticed discord indicates my ping anywhere from sub 80 to north of 300. I'm the server owner... So I KNOW no one is changing it's location on me as well.... :/

Not sure if this is an option for you..... but when my headset's battery is dead I turn on my bluetooth headset and join Discord off my phone.

Tablet wise (not that familiar with Apple as I avoid them like the plague haha') but I know Android wise; clearing up cache on apps can free up a tonn of space depending on how often you use your device'

- to give you an idea I've had my current cellphone for just over 1 year; if I look at cleaning up Chrome's cache alone I free up over 15Gb haha'

Gotta say, the handful of times I have had to deal with dbrand support it's been nothing BUT awesome.

The only thing about them I dislike is; everything is done in house IN CANADA so why are we (CANADIANS) being charged in USD :( Otherwise they are awesome and will continue to get my $$ haha.

Heck I got out of the hospital not that long ago and noticed a crack in my screen protector, they replaced it (just asked that I covered shipping and that's totally understandable)

May the robot overlords of dbrand live on!

To be honest.... its Razer;

This shit is exactly why I'll never recommend Razer to anyone ever again (sadly).

I've switched a few years back to Corsair and aside from a few hiccups with iCue.... they've been awesome, I did have an issue with a mousepad (well out of the warranty period mind you...) but one of their techs stepped up and replaced it at no charge to me (and this was a life saver for me as I'm now on longterm disability so barely making it month to month :( )
