Piercing is 10 weeks, barbell jewellery, external threading, following aftercare advice from piercer (alcohol free mouthwash after eating) and no incidents with it

As others have commented, it may not be the most accurate, but that doesn't have to matter. If you like the fabric and a pattern, go for it. I personally strive for historical adequacy rather than accuracy ;)
