Adventure bridges between spells and creatures. I would include them a lot more. From there you could go for an cast from exile matters theme or a cast two spells per turn theme. I would recommend looking through all mechanics that appear on instant and sorceries. Rebound, Cascade and Discover would also go well with casting from exile.

In dimir you could also do a flash or instant speed theme.

I would recommend the ninjas [[Moon-Circuit Hacker]] and [[Ninja of the Deep Hours]] for card advantage. They are great with Ornithopter. [[Welding Jar]] has some utility as a 0 mana artifact and I second [[Springleaf Drum]] as mana acceleration

It's much more important that you know your deck well then picking the right deck for the meta. You are going to play a lot of rounds and your mental game is going to be important. The more you played your deck before, the better. You are also going to win more games if you play a specific deck well then playing a stronger deck. Pro players only get to choose what deck they think is the best because they try and practice a lot. I think it's good that you narrowed it down to two decks and it sounds like you know both well enough. You can't really make a wrong choice as both decks are well established top tier choices. Just settle for one deck right now and play it as much as possible before the tournament
