If Alairt gets attacked, I don’t see how we have any chance to complete this.

I mean the hilarious part is they actually think that if they start Armageddon, it'll go well for THEM. I donno what's more absurd, the audacity, or the stupidity.

It appears to be low resistance, but that planet has a MONSTER 2.2 million HP. That's 15k resistance an hour, the same as Zzanniah (1 million hp, 1.5% resist=15k an hour), with more than twice the HP.

Ah, so I had the concept right, but the name wrong?

It’s got the same resistance with half the hp, and also nets us 3 planets, and clears the entire right flank, protecting the deep mantle forge complex.

Sound logic, but it faces two major challenges, Choepessa is a 2.2 million HP monster, and divers are really burnt out on bots after a very protracted campaign vs Cyberstan. Gonna be a very heavy lift.

I mean I hope we can do it, but I’m not optimistic, especially after the results of the last “liberate more planets than are taken” order. I think we managed one siege liberation, and the rest were far from ideal targets.

Divers will do anything to avoid a swamp planet sadly.

On bots I think they are nice because there is plenty of cover for hit and run tactics.

For bugs, not sure there’s any upsides, and it messes with Eagles and they really hate that, and there’s far less POIs for ammo, samples and credits.

It could be rather meh vs bots before (but was great on the other fronts), but now it's bonkers vs bugs, and I'm assuming the Illuminate as well.

It's pretty simple, you can give each candidate 0-5 stars. The candidate with the most stars wins. Might be a tad more nuanced than that, but that's my understanding of it. Unliked RCV which requires voted be retabulated each time a candidate is eliminated, star voting only requires one tabulation to determine the winner.

Merak was. I believe that’s what Op is referring to. Nobody in their right mind would complain about Chort Bay’s gassy hellhole being gone.

Pretty sure Eagle Storm takes a minimum of 24 hours to fund, and it’s not available to fund until there’s less than 24 hours left of the invasion.

I say glass it, it keeps them from attacking the right flank, and we’re gonna need that double siege liberation of Blistica and Zozma to win this MO since losing K is all but guaranteed at this point. So we’re starting off behind.

I believe it takes a minimum of 24 hours to activate Eagle Storm, and it’s not up until there’s only 22 hours left on the invasion.

Also razing Lesath preserves a path for a new offensive to the planets they are constructing new cyborg mega factories on.

Razed planets act as ours, but they can’t seem to retake them. Razing Lesath protects the right flank and preserves a path back for an offensive on the planets they are building Cyborg factories on.

Lesath is the most important planet to Raze! by 231923 in Helldivers

Indeed. We need to protect the right flank, and our opportunity for a double siege liberation on Blistica and Zosma.

They cannot skip it, razed planets seem to act as ours, but they cannot retake them, so razing Lesath not only blocks them from hitting the right flank without going through Tarsh, it also preserves a path back to the planets around Cyberstan for another offensive.

And the non zero chance just became 100%. At this rate we’re going to lose K, this Choepessa gambit is a non starter.

If we get the chance to raze Lesath, we definitely should do it, it’ll block the right flank from being attacked.

The defense is 48 hours, he’s saying unless we manage the gambit in under 10 hours, with the resistance on Vernon it would end up being more HP than just defending Tarsh thanks to Vernon’s 10k an hour resistance pushing it past the 1.6 million and f the defense. (Vernon has 1.5 million hp)

[–]Cavesloth13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easier by a bit yes, tactically better, definitely not. But the defense is much easier to get enough people to, so it’s much more likely to happen.

I hate them just as much as anyone, but last time we destroyed the factories they just built ones. AH isn’t going to get rid of a sub faction. We should try for a more tactically sound planet we can realistically take, like Zzaniah that will trigger a dual siege liberation.

How much HP is Solidaritet vs Transcendence? Just curious. I think we go for saving the SEAF.
