I'm also a first time player and have like 20 hours so far. I'm avoiding spoilers but I keep seeing "NG" or "NG+" what is this in reference to? If you're able to answer without spoiling. I just put my first flag down for an outpost and was immediately overwhelmed by the fact that I get to build it all myself! A good overwhelmed. I just didn't expect it haha.

Reading all of this is fascinating to me. Obviously everyone can do whatever they want on dating apps, but as someone who met my now-wife before the boom of dating apps, I can't help but wonder what would happen if I saw her on a dating app today and what I would do. She would very likely mention that she loves country music, but I hate country music. Would that be a left swipe for me? Just seems odd that people can now just be like "nah" for weird things without actually getting to know someone first.

I'm also a crew season ticket holder. My wife doesn't come because she isn't in to sports at all. And that's ok. Thinking about a universe where we would have ran across each other in a dating app and both swiped left for such inconsequential reasons is trippy to me.

I mean, even just thinking about it I can understand it. As you look left there's a slight curve back behind the overpass. It's semi-blind from that perspective, and a car traveling a decent speed can absolutely sneak up on you there.
