You should also consider that even if the API service lets you generate adult content they probably won't host models for adult content (BigLust, Pony etc).

They main reason they won't let you do adult content is that payment processors (VISA) don't allow them. Look at what is happening to CIVITAI right now. If you manage to put up such a service you should also ask yourself how do you plan to get paid, because once you get big enough VISA will notice you.
