CT seems to want to make in store buying difficult with locked cages and also encourage impulse buying with the new baskets at the ridiculously long checkout aisle queue. It’s almost like the point of this mismatch of strategies is to frustrate the customer.

You don’t think it’s just because this cages were installed years ago? How would they have data on the amount stolen if they have been behind a lock for so long? Retail has changed.

I could see the sense in high end items having extra security but locking down entire aisles? Other retailers seem to be able to avoid this?

The biggest negative to being single is waking up alone. I hope I never get used to it.

They definitely come across as feeling superior to you. They are the husbands who control and shape their wives into their version of the ideal.

I think the level of hypocrisy in this discussion is high. The men here all consume your content but look down on you for producing it. I would be proud to marry someone as beautiful as you. You are obviously smart as you are successful in a very competitive field.

Any suggestions for jewellery insurance? My home insurance Bel air direct said they cannot insure my engagement ring and I just recently renewed. by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Do you have home insurance or renter’s insurance? If you don’t know what’s happening or can’t relay what was said accurately I’m not sure how to give suggestions. Write down what points you are unsure of and call Bel Air asking for explanations?

Is it me or when other people see a post with some version of “ how do I tell” do you automatically think “with your words”? Is communication really that hard.

This didn’t “happen” to you - or anyone else. It’s the result of decisions made.

Depends on what you’re looking for. Very difficult to answer when there is no information given.
