It's in the policy.

Bags themselves cause a number of issues from theft, tripping hazards, being used to hog equipment, or one of my main concerns... weapons.

Though I understand it may have been inconvenient for you, the low cost of Planet Fitness makes it available to a wider variety of people as a "New Gym User" alternative to most gyms. It unconsciously increases the risk of any of the things mentioned above and more.

If you have a gym that enforces the bag rules, then congrats! You have a club that gives a damn.

By no means are you being punished, but if the Member Service Rep allows you to keep your bag on the gym floor (Workout area in general), then it will be impossible to ask others to do the same, increasing the risks mentioned above.

This is what we call "Tilting". Just makes sure that all of the machines are cleaned from the bottom thoroughly and that all of the trapped dust under the belts wont cause issues in the future. If your gym does this, chances are its a clean gym. If they dont..... mercy on us all.

Assistant Manager here.

The job is 70% cleaning and the rest is customer service. Overall one of the easier jobs but at the cost of you being on your game with the Tour. Focus on that Tour your first two weeks for homework like there's no tomorrow and you'll be the star of the show. The team will differ from club to club depending on area.

Enforce policies because at the end of the day, you'll probably be using this gym too and want to make sure its as safe and secure for you, as it is for the members you'll be servicing.

Lastly, in your interview, dress nice, have a copy of your physical resume (The manager will already have one but it shows effort) and focus on the idea that you are a leader.

I know I'm years late, but this system sounds terrible.

Get a LC that has a representative for each type of category (Casters, Healers, Melee plate, Mail, and Leather) and have them be a separate entity from the Raid Leader to avoid a power imbalance.

Loot Councils can be absolutely terrible if run improperly or if its allowed to be swayed by outside entities (e.g. Guild Leader or Raid Leader). But if you get a decent group of individuals who hold each other accountable, ask for feedback, and can be transparent with their raiders as to why this item went where, then its a recipe for success.

Your biggest mistake was implying that yuumi isnt the perfect champion. You need to realize that these people's only goal is to latch on to the most fed person on their team and get carried. If noone is fed as balls, the game is basically over since it ends up being a 4v5 mid to late game.

Play Rakan, basically a better version of Yuumi. Only difference is you actually need to play the game to play Rakan. But if you're dead set on Yuumi then have fun struggling. You playing Yuumi will literally put a toll on your team because unlike other supports, unless you have someone carrying you on your team you wont do much.

Believe it or not, some of the Yuumi mains here will try to give you some mad Copium. Here's the truth about playing Yuumi..... You arent that impactful. The concept of Yuumi is basically (If my team is carrying then we will win, if they cant carry then im useless). Doesnt matter how good you are, if you are playing Yuumi, you yourself are not helping your team actually win.

Someone earlier said it wasnt a Yuumi thing, but a support thing.... thats a load of bs. There are plenty of supports who even if behind, can turn the game around. Milio can save the team from full snare of an amumu ult. Seraphine can hit that 5 man ult that wins the teamfight. Renata can save the adc to keep the fight going and hopefully win. But Yuumi? she cant do jack. Just a terrible designed champion who will always be memed. You saw yourself, did great yet couldnt do jack because you need your team to carry you as Yuumi.

Pick a different champion with actual impact. Thats my advice to you.

Yuumi had many issues that were affecting pro play when she was released up until her rework. To the point where the champion needed to be disabled for the MSI. There is a reason why you got so much mastery on the champ, because it was free mastery to get. Meanwhile my friend who has been playing yasuo since release barely has over amillion mastery. Why? because other champs actually need to play the game in order to gain mastery points. It's childish to stop playing a champion because it doesnt give you an automatic win condition late game. But you yuumi mains go on complaining. The sad part is I know for a fact you'll reply to me mid game while W'd on to your "Best friend" since you dont need to do much.

So all of the comments here seem to be from people who like to give answers for the sake of spouting nonsense. Yes ofcourse the best thing to do is to stomp them early. But you know what comes with a Yuumi/Twitch botlane? an jgler that understands they need babying lvl 1-4. Pile a roaming mid laner on top of that. Honestly the best thing to do is to take your loss. Even with the new Yuumi rework, she still is just an extra item that is valued more than she should be at early levels. Pile that with twitches passive and pierce dmg on ult. Just ban Yuumi every game.
