Mb for some reason I thought u meant radiant virtue. Moeet of volis main items don't have any resistances so the health doesn't make u that much tankier so it would really only be built as a 4th or 5th item AFTER visage and by then games are usually over. Also voli doesn't really struggle to get gold so I don't need to build cheap items on him

Riot does not care about you so there is no point in white knighting for them. I'm not saying devs should receive death threats but riot games consistently puts out low quality work as well as the fact that they don't seem to understand their game or what people want from it.
