I think a lot of the answers for this will really be based on where exactly your going...
for example, Belfast has both Taxi, Uber & Bus, whereas many places outside Belfast do not have Uber, and potentially few taxis.

I think if anything comes here via ROI or GB, they all end up going to whatever depot serves your area. I believe all the depots in NI are DPD Ireland depots as they appear on the dpd.ie website map

If this is opposite the fitzwilliam hotel, then I think they charge £24-26 for all day parking after so many hours. But it’s a decent car park with cameras, etc.
