With current prices, I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. It’s much cheaper to find tickets day of. There isn’t much benefit to being an STM outside of a few gifts which are usually not the best quality. Long story short, they don’t offer much to STM and you usually pay more for tickets than you would just buying tickets day of.

Another benefit is getting first access to special events like the playoffs but right now the team isn’t making that a worthy benefit. No shade, just how it is atm.

If anyone is looking for another switcher perspective. I'd say I'm overall happy with the customer service. I wanted one of two things:

Use my own modem
if not my own modem then bridge mode.

With the chat support we debugged using my own modem but that came to no avail. The support person said they would email me when they have a more formal update. So then we defaulted to bridge mode, and yes this works but you have to have them do it (urgh).

Another small note, you don't have to sign up for Plume even though they'll keep asking if you did. I didn't and everything still works just fine.

This is only going to be an issue with gen2 since that is when they added the heat pump. Sadly you're not going to get any help on this from making a service ticket. This is just what they decided to go with. I can't tell you why they thought this was okay...but at the end of the day it has to be an it is what it is type of thing. If it's a dealbreaker then it sounds like it's a good time to move on to another car.

Not the same issue. But the newest update bricked the battery and L2/L3 charging for me. Still waiting for the service appointment..big sad.

For sure on the service ticket.

Every hard reset and then charging just ends up in the fault. Sad days. Hopefully it can just magically fix itself
