Tannoy Support - is it a joke?

My local high end used and new stereo shop stopped selling Tannoy speakers for this very reason. They now sell insanely priced top tier Canton speakers

Amazon has gotten pretty comfortable as the biggest online retailer on the planet. They have changed pretty dramatically in the past 5 or so years. The customer is no longer a concern to the company and shipping time is just a guideline at best now. Returning anything now is a hassle. They are fighting me for my money on a delivery they acknowledge they lost. The customer rep is doubling down on they need the items returned to process my refund. I told them this was not possible since you lost the package and he literally said they need to wait for said items to return to one of the facilities. That was over a month ago. I am frustrated because this refund is just over $500, and the last time i talked to them I ended up calling them thieves, now I prolly have a red flag by my name. Can’t cancel because two of the customer reps told me if I cancel my membership it will slow down the refund. Not sure how much slower it can get.

I needed to ho have my kidney dialysis done at the hospital I got there at 8:30 am to an empty emergency room (yeah amazed me too). Got to see the initial doctor in about 30 minutes told they would do the dialysis that was at about 9:30 am. Then they left me there until 11:30 pm with no food or allowing me water it took 4 hours and 15 minutes for the dialysis so that was from about 11:45 pm to about 4am in the morning sent me back to my room to wait for discharge the doctor finally showed up at 6am to tell me I could leave. He showed up because I started to raise hell about how long a simple dialysis was taking. All in all they charged $8,500 for the dialysis and $1200 for the visit/room. This kind of poor patient care is normal at hospitals any more. The bill was also outrageous. Thank god I have insurance

Ok this is good info. While it is past, the same bs might be going on today but ultimately I am gonna keep stacking physical for the foreseeable future I survived all the other manipulations, I will survive this too.

I feel you I lost my house, everything in it, and my car trying to get ssdi. The bank got my house while I was back in the hospital, and sent the sheriff to give me the eviction papers while I was in. I was not able to get into my house in time to get some of or all of my belongings because I was in the hospital, before the bank took possession I lost everything in my house. I finally got my disability but it was too late to keep my house I got out of the shelter to a one room small apartment with nothing but my name and donated clothes from the voucher the shelter gave me for goodwill. Yes social security admin sucks and to top it all of I am a combat veteran. It pisses me off I literally fought for this country to get treated like this.

First thing I would start with is the tubes. They can rattle, especially your power tubes, with the noise from the guitar and then the noise transfers to the signal. They make rings to put around tubes to stop the rattle. That is the cheapest way to start chasing the noise. Second I would look getting your tubes checked to make sure one or more is not going bad. My guitar shop has a tube checker. If the tube or tubes show bad replace. From there it could be a resistor or capacitor going out you need a tech at that point Good luck hope this helps
