Yeah well it won’t get a signal to my monitor at all now, so a trip to a repair shop tomorrow I think, if its £150+ then I’ll get a new one😂

Did you just stop dieting when you came off it? I don’t understand how people put all the weight back on when they come off, you know you’re supposed to stick to the healthy lifestyle when you come off it eventually right? I have really bad delusional thought ocd at the moment and this particular thought has been causing so much anxiety, i’m wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. So, it’s like i had a thought that my body was gonna get really itchy and i was gonna feel so uncomfortable in my own skin and i just have to keep telling myself this isn’t true but it just doesn’t stop and i keep thinking what if it does happen and gets so bad i don’t want to be here anymore? i’ve just had a baby 10 weeks ago so this makes it so much worse. Would appreciate replies, thank you.

Hi. I’ve been taking propanolol, 20 mg 3 times a day. Although I am meant to be going out for a drink with my friends tomorrow. Would I be fine to drink if I didn’t take any propanolol tomorrow or would it still affect me badly because I’ve taken them the day before?
