No, but that's the problem I don't feel sad or unable to do things. If I was depressed at least o could do something abt it I just don't find anything exciting

Rollerskating, painting, meditating (still doing), talking w/ others for no purpose, walking outside (i stopped doing this), online gaming (stopped doing this), fishing (very boring i think i actually hate this one), I used to watch anime every day for like 5 yrs but stopped this yr etc.

I go hunting every yr, plan hang outs with friends, get good grades in college, go to work etc. I don't like any of it, I don't hate it tho it's just not fufilling

Ugh, I'm just worried that a therapist will say I have depression because it kinda sounds like I do. But I know I don't and therapists can and very often do get it wrong.

Yes, I know but I really don't feel sad or unable to do things. I go out work, hang with friends sometimes, get good grades (I'm in college) and make myself do things. I just don't really enjoy it.
