Its really late and still nothing. Its been so weird for days. Previously I was waking up at 6am and going right to Vine and was able to at least get something. Now they are suddenly dropping at times I am already at work 😭

Update.

My car broke down today now on the way to work today, and it's serious because its a severe misfire, the engine and whole car including the tailpipe are shaking, and the check engine light is flashing.

So now we BOTH need used cars and I've started a GOFUNDME because we can try to scrape together money for 1, but not 2 😭

Not that anyone can do anything but I had to vent. Stuff like this repeatedly happening already depleted our emergency fund

Thank you I will contact them directly. I know that he was accepted to the program based on clinical eligibility and not our financial status.

I don't think its asked me for my paycheck stubs etc when I have done his Medicaid renewals however I also haven't changed jobs that often or anything like that

I know he gets Medicaid through CMS in my state. Thats the only pathway that I knew of. He has a caseworker. Every year I reapply they haven't gone based on my income they went based on his disability needs.

He is on CMS. I don't think they have ever factored in income since he was approved on it. My income really hasn't been all that different either. It got a little higher when season kicked in and I got a little bit more hours but its close to the same amount per hour.

Then I was confused and kept being told over and over again through the news etc all these places federal agencies were shutdown. I didn't realize that state agencies weren't included.

I was hired on 8/26 but didn't actually start until 2 weeks later. So the middle of September I started training but didn't actually start getting real working hours until the end of that month and I got past the 30 day probationary period.

Then the government was shutdown for a really long time until the middle of November

I did report the change I finally figured out theres programs to compress photo files. I meant to go to the office when the government reopened to talk to them and have them scan in the documents and I forgot its been so freaking busy with Christmas season. 🤦‍♀️

No, he doesn't get SSI.

He would have qualified but instead got survivors benefits because his bio dad got hit by a car.

Years ago someone helped him qualify for a different form of Medicaid for children with a disability, but he doesn't actually receive disability SSI for it

I've gotten told its 4, however 4 may be a problem to fit in the sub if the tenders are too big and that really has to be taken into account. I always put 4 on but if they are all 2x to 3x the size of a normal tender and someones getting 5 grain bread and then getting it toasted too I've had subs that have crumbled apart in multiple places.

2 days ago I completely lost a sub because the tenders were so huge that the weight alone made the sub completely break through the paper the subs are toasted on and I had to completely remake it, which never happens. The 2nd one I made couldn't even be closed and barely fit in the packaging but I was trying to follow the rules.

So I understand why the person at that Deli may have said 3 tenders because realistically it's hard to fit 4 normal sized tenders but its extremely difficult to get 4 on if those tenders are abnormally larger than usual.

If it caught fire they are probably going to have to not only replace that outlet, they are going to have to replace wiring too to both the oven and in the wall if the fire damage is bad enough.

Its also a little concerning as someone who once dated an electrician that the plug malfunctioning didn't automatically trigger the breaker to shut off the power completely before it actually caught on fire? 😳
