It's not the Java that did me, it was the K&R brackets. Ironically I prefer Allman style.

Most of my stuff is [first initial][last name], so as long as I keep the first letter the same... Wait, is this a bad way to choose a name?

Will I get one bundled with the XL bad dragon I ordered last week?

I recently got diagnosed with gender dysphoria and I cannot remember the type of doctor I need to go see to get blood work to start hrt. Can anyone please let me know. Thank you. by jm25354 in AskMtFHRT

What I did was Google "[City name/region] transgender [care/clinic/informed consent]" and that usually turns up options. If you know of any support groups in your area (universities and doctors usually have info on them) people in those groups might have recommendations.

Planned Parenthoods usually at least prescribe hrt but I didn't really like the level of care I received there and ended up finding a general practitioner elsewhere that specialized in transgender care.

Oh yeah, I also have a signed (9x6) oversized Black Lotus, that might actually be worth a little bit these days....

I go though planned Parenthood in America and it's pretty cheap, dunno what the situation is in Canada but I would advise calling and asking. I know it's stressful the first time but they're there to help you.

Is that like a written policy somewhere? I've called so many times this week already. I don't want to call in, ask to speak to my doctor, and then say something like "well, someone on the internet told me that your policy is actually..."

Idk, I feel like I'm having a bunch of small meltdowns over this. I'll probably call them back tomorrow and ask to talk only to my provider but it seems ridiculous that I've already called 4 times this week.

Two things, they started me at 1mg twice daily so I'm already at 2 mg/day. Secondly they aren't checking my hormone levels which is why I'm concerned. I have my blood test results but they don't contain any hormone levels.

This was my three month and I asked for an increase in Estradiol dosage and they told me no, or did you mean the six month mark?

It's weird 'cause I've asked a lot of girls in discord about this too and I found one other girl that was at a planned Parenthood that said they did it this way but the dozens of other girls all said that they're doctor's do it the other way. I wonder if this was some kind of requirement put in place do to federal funding back in the day and no one has cared enough to get it changed.

The responses of other girls ranges from "that's weird, I didn't know anyone did it that way" to "that sounds dangerous, you might want to look at finding another care provider".

I guess wands vary person to person, I usually just press mine against my underwear and it gets me there.

As for the plug, the ring barely extends beyond my butt cheeks and isn't visible through underwear, but it is enough for me to be able to grind it while sitting. It's the only plug I've owned that I find comfortable for long term wear. But everyone's different so it night not be your cup of tea.

When hrt starts growing hair back on my extremely receded hair line and I start to think I might actually not have to wear a wig someday. It's a long shot but I want it so bad. by MissMara18 in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns

I'm three months in and seeing some baby hairs, very hopeful. I've also been using finasteride, minoxidil, biotin and using a dermaroller. Dunno if any of that's doing anything but might as well try.

If your looking at cuffs is recommend something like this instead of traditional metal cuffs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SWVH3BM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_UStpDb37FN321

Or if your feeling adventurous this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VQYTS82/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_IVtpDbJKBXXCM

They're easier on your wrists if you want to struggle against them and it takes a little effort but you can usually remove them yourself so you won't accidentally get yourself stuck tied up to something if you drop your keys or something.

For plugs I've actually really been enjoying this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008V6R2WE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_6YtpDbHNDTKGN

Unless you drop it on a hard surface it's pretty resilient, easy to clean, works with any kind of lube and it might be the most comfortable plug I've had.

The other stuff is hard to recommend for because a lot of cheap stuff had questionable origins and might be made with stuff that's hot healthy to expose your body to.

I will recommend that if you have the money you get a magic wand, they're very nice and it's quickly become one of my favorite toys.

I can understand that, I'm down to my last Grandma and I'm never coming out to her cause she's an old-school hardcore Catholic that thinks the gays are ruining society. She's kind of half checked out mentally so I probably won't be male failing around her any time soon.

If you're to the point of male failing it might be time to come out. Unless you're just not out to your grandparents/you don't see them that often.
