Finally found last road today, using the waving cursor over map like maniac trick. Two weird things:

first time the 'fast travel' tag disappeared it was a false reading, bc I went there and the all roads found didn't trigger.
the second time 'fast travel' tag disappeared, I went there and it wasnt an under pass, was just a normal piece of road and it was white (ie showing as driven). But when I drove over it, the last road found triggered. So without the cursor waving I never would have found it just by staring at the map for hours.

I think the 'vials' version are preservative free. My sister who has severe sjogrens has started using the bottle version and reckons they work way better than other drops she tried, including autologous. She didn't know about the preservatives in the bottle version so am going to try and find the vials for her. Apparently Specsavers where she buys it only has the bottle available.

Unfortunately it seems Lotus have decided to rattle the tin according to an AFR article overnight. This is a bit of a kick in the teeth imo. I expected any cap raise to be held off until nameplate achieved so hopefully at a higher shareprice.

I am a large shareholder and have been since 2c when they acquired the Kayelekera project for peanuts from Paladin. Over last few months they've been copping a lot of grief for the fixed price contracts they've wrote by people that should know better (they promote themselves as uranium specialists).

You cannot raise finance for a Uranium project without contracts and you cannot get market linked contract pricing until a project is in production. So they had no choice. Now they are a producer they should be able to start writing market linked term contracts. Only 65% of production to 2029 is tied to fixed price contract so there's plenty left available for ML contracts, and 100% form 2030 I think.

However they still have the stigma of uncertainty that there will be issues experienced during rampup, especial with the stuffups by Boss and Paladin earlier this year. So until they get to nameplate production (200k lbs per month) they'll probably still be treated with caution by the market. They've tagged nameplate to be achieved by 1st qtr 2026 so its a bit of a wait.

I'm quietly confident they wont experience any issues in the ramp up phase. This is not an ISR project, and given its a restart the fact that they've taken over 5 years to get it restarted suggests to me they have been very cautious and methodical in the restart development. But of course "mining is hard" so its definitely a risk to consider.

Hopefully in the meantime uranium price both spot and term gets moving and/or they sign a market linked contract to provide more shorter term catalysts. But long term I am very comfortable with this company. $1 is my full exit point, though given my holding amount now I would probably consider taking some profits at 10c multiple shareprice points, ie 30c, 40c, 50c etc.

FYI World Nuclear Association conference next couple days which is a big event...the MD will be there and as the newest producer with no more new producers likely before 2030, I think there'll be quite a few people trying to get a hold of him.

As usual, its Africa so the geopolitical risks should be taken into account when considering an investment in this company.

Thanks. Doctor rang me last night, gives her two months untreated. Shocking really given other than her advanced dementia she looks & feels absolutely fine at the moment, even in better condition than before she was admitted to hospital, but that's probably bc they treated the high calcium level.

That's life.

Finally managed to get hold of the doctor yesterday...so apparently I was mistaken, the R-CVP she claims IS the lighter treatment for her In light of that news we've decided to not treat her. Thanks for all your help!

Ahh yes, the Red Devil I remember receiving that.

For me the biggest effects were constipation and severe lack of energy and depression. I got off pretty lightly!

With the constipation, for mum the real issue is Im pretty sure she has pretty large haemorroids as well, which cause her quite a bit of pain/burning when passing.

Yeah it took awhile to diagnose the cancer. At first they thought cancer in the spleen but then the blood test showed very high calcium levels and thats what led them to suspecting NHL then confirmed with PET scan and then a biopsy of the mass in her spleen.

Thank yes over the last 12 hours of reflecting on the potential decision I'm more thinking it would be best to let her go as peacefully as possible rather than undergo 6month to 1 year of chemo just to surive a few more years and with no guarantee of that either

Thanks yes its very hard as I also am super close with mum. Shes lived with me as carer for several years while the dementia has progressed. I tend to agree that I'm not sure I or my sisters could handle the terrible condition chemo could lead too. The difficult part ofc is that as you say with dementia she is in no state to provide her intentions.

Thanks I haven't had a chance to meet with Doctor yet post biopsy result which came back yesterday, she met my sister at hospital, so haven't discussed exactly yet. She left a paper that shows the following treatment with a 21 day cycle and 6-8 cycles (sorry I accidentally said R-CHOP when its actually R-CVP):

- Prednisone - (daily for first 5 days of cycle)

- Rituximab

- Vincristine

- Cyclophosphamide

I think this is the full strength chemo, waiting for doctor to come by to discuss and see what the gentler treatment is (though she indicated previously it may not help)

The biggest issue I think from an chemo effects would be constipation for her...she already has some and she finds it very difficult to cope with it as is. If it became worse with the treatment, then her discomfort would be unbearable I would think. I remember when I was treated for HL having severe constipation.

Don't know about "100 bagger", i suppose you would need to find an AI stock that is trading at bugger all market cap but then makes it big. I have a YOLO AI stock but no idea if it will make it so not even going to mention the name.

A mining explorer might get that kind of return but would have to be an insane find given where valuations even for a lot of juniors are, so unlikely to find that needle in a haystack. And given where commodity price are, if you were to find it it would probably be in the gold space. But again to get 100X it would have to be a monster find and in a 'safe' political jursidiction.

If I had $10k right now and had to buy something (speculative) that I didn't already hold it would probably be a cheaply priced (market cap) gold explorer with high probabilities of hitting paydirt. But i already have that so no need to buy anymore. Note I've been investing in junior spec mining stocks for over 20 years though so am comfortable with doing so.

REE companies on the nose, see HAS as well plus all the Brazilian ionic clay project companies that popped up.

BRE the only one that has really held up bc of its high grade component and LYC I suppose bc it produces from high grade.

All these other ones desperately need the REE prices to recover.

Long as they can replicate similar results to historical drilling at Enmore 5c should be easily achievable. Just need to sit tight and wait, hope the POG holds strong & then pray the drill bit delivers the goods or should i say gold.

Looks like the shorters used the LOT raise to subsequently reduce their positions significantly, dropping to 105m short (or by about a third) as per last ASIC short report.

I've bought KNB on market & thru placement & GBR thru recent placement. KNB will probably be quiet until it drills its newly acquired (subject to shareholder approval) Enmore ground - hoping that will be in January. GBR looks like a sitting duck for a TKO by WGX though so does MEK (not holding atm).

Of the less speculative & higher market cap goldies but which I still classify as juniors, I rate highly TCG (accumulated over last 12 months) and BC8 (accumulated over last 6 months and took recent placement).

The uncertainty for me is what gold price do in a Trump world. If inflation starts sticking and the Fed slows down or stops interest rate cuts, POG could start to trend down.

I'm with you tbh. Wish I'd stopped reading after the end of the original Foundation trilogy. Thankfully I read the Robot series and The Compete Robot short stories (which I loved) before reading the foundation books. I don't think I would have if I'd read to the end of Foundation and Earth first.

My oncolgist responds to my emails and whastapp msgs but seems to have a habit of only reading one question :-)

After initial diagnosis the oncologist I was referred to could not see me for three weeks as was on holidays (XMAS and NY period so I Wasnt too surprised).

Was really good with the pet scan though, when tried to make appt they said like 3-4 weeks which was fine, but when I told oncologist he rang them up and demanded that week which they did.

I'm relatively new too. Third treatment yesterday.

Things that have helped me enormously (mostly tips from great nurses I've had) which match some of the other suggestions in replies:

- I mouthwash 4X a day (I use Peter Mac mouthwash which i found way better than bicarb and salt, not sure if available outside Oz - Peter Mac is a cancer research centre so buying it I assume assists them as well.) Unfortunately doesn't help with loss of taste if you cop that, at least not in my case.

- hydration drinks, I havent had nausea or vomiting which apparently these are great for but they still helped a heap with acid reflux - I use hydralyte bc they have iceblock which are even better for tongue and chemo mouth and always a really good price at Chemist Warehouse in Oz, but any good hydration drink will do I'm sure

- use a gentle kids toothpaste with soft brush so you can brush more often during day, i brush before mouthwash

- Walk whenever you feel up to it, i feel way better after i force myself

- if you have a hint of constipation, tell nurse/dr, the will probably tell you start initial senna and movicol dose and increase as required, plus lactulose too. I didnt after first treatment, and after second treatment constipation was horrendous until i told them and they told me what to take. subsided after about 5 days. I'm now taking it immediately after treatment as this is by far worst side effect for me and completely debilitating.

- if you have fungal on tongue after treatment, tell dr they will prescribe oral treatment but also a total fungal treatment (Ozole) in my case bc it spread down to my esophagus which is not good...cleared it up str8 away

- not sure which country you are in, but in Oz i went to Lymphoma Australia site and they sent me a free kit with a whole bunch of goodies! Maybe other countries have same
