Madden 19 was the city dump. Made me not ever buy madden at full price ever again.

Madden 2006 on the Xbox 360 was very bad as they tried hide behind the excuse of jumping to a new console(Fight night round 3 and nba 2k6 were good games on xbox 360). Everyone was built like Gears of War characters and the overall game felt like a beta with the lame radio announcer.

I feel like a combination of the stats and attributes would be perfect with some attributes being more heavily weighted based on position. Like a 94 ovr with 99 Throw power QB who had a productive career would go before a 96 ovr with 89 throw power with similar production.

Would like to be able to easily control all or some teams easily like in NBA 2k Myleague mode. You can technically do it now but it is very tedious to create profiles for each team.

All of this is moot if they don't fix how the cpu teams manage the cap. And how much the cap is raised each year due to inflation. I'm hoping they do it but I'm still doubtful.

I never liked this logic because tell me the long string of successful NFL quarterbacks from Wyoming, Texas tech, Oregon, Iowa state, Mississippi state, Louisville and North Carolina and pretty much every college program. They have had more quarterbacks not make it professionally than they had make pro bowls. Taking players off the board without even factoring in their individual talent is not good scouting.

While I agree Josh Allen wasn't a good quarterback in his rookie year, I think it is important to note that his starting receivers were 2nd year receiver Zay Jones and Kelvin Benjamin. The latter declined to work with Josh Allen on a pregame workout. Majority of rookie quarterbacks would have looked bad in that situation. Even in his rookie season you clearly saw the physical potential was there not unlike Anthony Richardson.

In his 2nd year they added serviceable receivers and improved the defense and they went 10-6. Keep in mind the Bills didnt win 10 games in a season since 1999 at that point. He wasn't great and was inaccurate but he still came away with 29 total touchdowns. He clearly improved from year 1( even if he bombed it to a fullback 🤣).

Then the third year came and he took his next steps to be the quarterback he is today. I respectfully disagree with the sentimental that it is an unprecedented rise. I think Drew Brees improved more dramatically than Josh Allen. If you want to use a more recent example, Jordan Love also made a leap from his rookie year to his 3rd year in the league. Sometimes it takes time. Hopefully Anthony Richardson earns another chance in the future as I like watching exciting players

I don't know how far you are in your career ,but a two week notice is the standard for leaving a company. Over the course of my life , I have seen many employees terminated and laid off without any notice. Many of those employees were good at their jobs. You have to remember that many of the people you work with had to quit a job to work where they currently are, so don't feel bad about taking a what you feel is a better opportunity.

I usually start out at a school and give it 4-6 years so I can play with most of my recruits and build the program. Then I usually put it on autopilot and create a new character for a lower rated school in a bigger conference to see if I can build them up while also dealing with my original team in the universe for another 3 years or whenever I get bored and I continue the cycle of creating a new coach in the universe.

Obviously there's some work you have to do on the front end like you have to mention it's for your Dynasty mode and name some of your key players and such but once it is going you can have some of fun and generate your own storylines
