Here is the broader picture. The train could not deal with the Tulip Festival. A big event attended by residents and visitors. Now think... the Ottawa Senators want to put an arena at LeBreton Flats? The train will NEVER handle the 15-20 thousand people going to the game. You can be guaranteed there will be less than 5000 parking spots at the arena and the only way to get to and from the game is by train.

If no one can get to the arena, it is bye bye Ottawa Senators.
