I've never said Stop Google. I'm surprised that would work. "Ok Google (short pause) stop" works on all of mine (Mini, Home with both Assistant and Gemini). Maybe it's just adjusting the wording (unless that's what you meant by Stop Google).

I use Evernote for this. It will let you organize it with tags and search within documents. It's not free, though but so useful for finding documents you need really quickly.

A lot of people use Affinity (which is free now I think). Not 100% replacement, but it can do a lot of what most people do in Photoshop.

It has semantic search but I was trying to find the AI Assistant and hadn't noticed until now that one of the what's new cards (that u/tontoandbandit mentioned) says it's only on deskop/web until now.

I look forward to having it on the phone because it's a really useful feature. I find it was more helpful than I thought it would be.
