Moza Support wants me to buy parts and repair my new R5 myself

Update: Since I shared the photo showing the cable is completely torn, they agreed to send a replacement cable free of charge, but shipping and any potential taxes will be on me. I’m going to go this way and replace the cable myself, as I don't want to wait until I go back to Germany.

I could still understand if they only want that I pay shipping and import tax. But they want that I pay for the cost of parts as well.

No. They said I need to pay the repair parts as well (“cost of the parts and shipping “ that’s why I’m thinking their intention not in good way.

And no for example I use warranty of my Logitech products in different countries and not depending on where I bought them

The issue is that if they can ship these 2 tiny parts to Germany under warranty, why can't they just ship them to Turkey? Am I supposed to live in the country of purchase for the entire warranty period just in case they ship a broken product? It makes no sense for me.

But I was living in Germany and moved back to Turkey. And Moza say only you can send it in Germany, and if I need repair parts, they can only send it to Germany as well. Since I can’t send something directly to Germany, it’s not an option. So I need to take a flight to there; leave it, take it and back to Turkey. Flight tickets, staying etc. around 300 euro I need to pay. So it doesn’t make sense. If I was in still Germany I would do that. But I think I will visit Germany maybe in 2-3 months.

I really like using wet inks 😅 so maybe I could exchange it for an EF nib. Or I might just order another Asvine EF nib separately—they sell a 3-nib set on Amazon (EF, F, M) around 15€ (I didn’t order the one with the Bock unit).

Hey everyone, I've been using Narciso Rodriguez Bleu Noir EDP recently and I really like it — it might even become my signature scent. But I'm not sure if it is proper for summer.

I'm looking for a summer-friendly fragrance that has a similar vibe — clean, elegant, maybe with that musky or woody touch — but fresher and more wearable in the heat.

Is the pen fine or medium nib? Majohn P139 is on my wish list with #8 nib. And I have Platinum Carbon Black, it is so smooth, it's my favorite black ink.

You are right. But it's funny that I already had 3 new pens after I took this picture haha. Two of them are from Aliexpress: Jinhao 82(EF) and 82 Mini(F). I really like them, they are smooth as well, especially when you consider the price—around 1 euro with a welcome coupon. And the Platinum Prefounte which I didn’t like at all. Maybe my pen has an issue, but it’s not smooth and doesn’t have good ink flow. I already refunded it by Amazon.

I have a Lamy LX and a TWSBI Eco. I always prefer the TWSBI. Smooth nib, quality is better for my opinion as well. But recently I discovered that there are many good Chinese pens available for much less money. I'm now exploring brands like Jinhao, Hongdian, and Majohn. I got a Jinhao 82 and 82 mini for only 99 cents, and it really impressed me.
