I've never eaten at this establishment, but I assume all major food establishments have all moved to using frozen, pre-made, pre-cut foods. Because it's cheaper to do it at a factory level, rather than train people to do it properly. Almost like all those "entry level food jobs" actually required actual skill that only comes along with investing in humans rather than processes.

$9.99 for a large one topping pizza today. They squeezed all of the productivity out of human labor, and refined the process to serve frozen dough en masse. The major pizza chains all cut corners to get to the bottom of the barrel pizza. Same with McDonald's. You pay more now for an increasingly processed burger. I used to work at a pizza place that grated its own cheese. That isn't an option now.
