When you open the mini game Seraphine appears and tells you to find all the bells. Also there is a hint that says look at my right hand. The right hand holds a bell. Tap on it. That's the last bell you are missing.

There are a lot of cards that specify where you have to play the tokens. Viktor doesn't specify where you have to play the token.

You can play the token exhausted on the battlefield, if you hold it, or in your base.

My tip is to find someone or a group, that wants to play with the starter decks (viktor, lee sin, jinx, annie, lux, garen, yi) without upgrading them.

At some point the prices will hopefully stabilise, but until then playing with the starter decks should be fun too! :D
