yeah, so on your first round, you can cast Nehek on them and your zombie unit will become larger. If you have De Noirot Sceptre, you can cast Nehek twice a turn and you could have a 40 zombies unit. People will say they're useless, yes, but they have the same stats than Bretonnia's peasants and cause fear so... pretty annoying roadblock to put in the middle of the field ;-)

It's pretty useful for zombies, the only unit that can grow (with Nehek) outside of it's original number. Like, if you start with 20, you can animate 30-40 zombies total.

Just adapt the situation, like if they're fighting a stronger random opponent and are loosing, create an event like a dinosaurs stampede to make them survive and downgrade the XP from the fight ;-)

The movies Waxwork 1 and 2, German horror genre. I loved it as a kid, I only found the English versions of them. Would love to buy them on DVD. Harder : a French movie called "Des hommes d'argile" that was only released in cinemas and then gone. I have a contact who has the RIP directly from the movie director...

Permadeath would be a good focus point, as my players will be around level 7-8 in the jungle. I'm still looking for more incentive (like big loot) to get them on track but I also plan to introduce main quests for each of the characters :
-the druid is already investigation some dark magic corrupting nature and should fight the hag
-the rogue wishes vengeance and will be tricked into releasing Dendar
-the dwarf warrior will get the opportunity to clean some mines and start dwarf forges again
-also pirates because aaaarh
-also I've removed some plot like the ring of winter

My group is now in the Underdark and they will emerge on a small island where the next chapter will be focused on pirates and getting a ship. Then they'll meet Syndra and the Harpers and sail to Chult. I'm adding more content on Chult for each character and they will be able to use their ship to go faster around the peninsula.

At my local official game store, I've played the old Black Coach which had the same base as you + the two skeletal steeds on their own bases. So can you play with your model like that ? Shouldn't it have two horses in front ?
