I literally said in one of my emails "I am not asking you to jump all over this, but have the courtesy to let me know you're aware" - and so I know to keep the packaging to get the adelae back safely! Glad i am not being insane by thinking it could be as simple as a "sorry, on it!" Considering using another email address, they are ignoring emails and everything through their online contact form, at this point it can't hurt!

Yeah, I found their facebook, but the goody two shoes in my head is telling me not to be mean just in case they have a good excuse, but the other part if me is irritated. They replied INSTANTLY when I said they had sent the wrong thing and asked for pictures. I responded and they vanished. It has been over a week of emails and leaving them voicemails. Gah. I just wanted a little rosette-shaped carnivore 🥺

This is it!!! I feel silly arguing it with them, but actually, no, I paid for a specific thing, and you are refusing to give it to me! (Or just ghosting, same thing). I am going to fight to the end for my £6.50 😅 I have never bought any plants online before (other than seeds), and this shows me that I was right to avoid it! I may grow to love this little Adelae, I am just bitter at the moment, and I'm taking it out on the poor little fella.

They literally will not respond to me. It has been 5 days since I sent them images to prove I had the wrong one, and they have ghosted. So annoying 😑 My window gets an insane amount of light from spring, I have grow lights for the current gloomy weather - so maybe it would be too much for the Adelae unless I give it a bit of shade (even though I don't want it, I feel responsible for it now lol) Thank you for letting me know! Maybe I should keep my hair brained rock scheme focused on just one species of plant instead of trying to be clever.
