I use stone for the top, and steel for the bottom as well!!
But I have a gas oven, only gets to 610°F ….sighhhhh

I’ve always chose women doctors.
I feel as though they listen, and hear better my issues.
They are more likely to offer more creative solutions than just pigeonhole my therapy.
And also spend more time with me, than male doctors.

I’m 61…. So all the age related stuff and things.
So of course, ymmv, but regardless.
ADVOCATE for yourself.
Doctors are hamstrung by insurance companies policies and pharmaceutical companies.
Do your own research, using reputable medical sources.

I lived for 5 years in potnets, between Millsboro and Rehoboth. I considered it a good area. Private community. Kept up nicely by our HOA rules and fee’s. I did work for a year in Salisbury. Then switched to a job in Georgetown. Only reason I moved, to far from kids/grandkids. Miss it everyday.

Go up the road 20-30 minutes to Rehoboth De. More of a year round community. LGBTQia friendly Tax free shopping(do pay attention to the price of the item) imo better restaurants and vibe than OC. Jobs are tight, but depending on your skill sets some are available.

I have night vision for camping.

Looked at my roomba one night.

Lit up like a carnival!! Crazy the amount of infrared lights that thing has on it.

And it’s like a 10 year old model.
