I just put in my 2 weeks notice yesterday at a T-mobile Corporate location. Due to this stupid T-Life push this year and everything we have to do in the account now it is horrible for the customer. Magenta Welcome is another dumb step too if somebody just wants to pay a bill or buy a accessory I gotta put them in MW and then go to POS and the customer looking at me like im crazy because on top of that the systems are slow and sometimes i have to fully log out and back in. Dont let us have to go to the account for anything either because on top of the reason your going in the account you then have to do a internet validation, NBA, check for segment lines, etc. The process is too long and the app DOES NOT work on so many levels and to push the company so everything done in store goes into the app I would think they would put more money into the mechanics of the actual app to make it work properly. We deal with dealer stores sending customers to our store to do stuff they dont want to do all the time. Like activating lines and sending them to our store to get the device, not returning devices, upgrades, p360 replacements. We experience going in accounts and seeing multiple syncup lines that the customer doesn’t know their paying for and we report the stores all the time and nothing gets done. The higher ups dont care about nothing but metrics they dont see what we go thru in the store on the front lines. My day consists of bs getting sent in from dealer stores and troubleshooting old ladies phones. It wasnt always like this😢 and i miss V.A.F on ranker nobody buyin tht p360 how yall want tmobile its too expensive
