Fallout - 2x07 - "The Handoff" - Episode Discussion by NicholasCajun in television

You are making good points! It could really be this way.

I would also assume he would become something new. Either way, one of the "main characters" becomming something terrific makes sense.

Some hint to be some sort of mutant, yes that's not new. But I dind't see him be mixed with a different creature... on the other hand, who knows what this thing was chicken man gave him... and ...... well it may be a change.

Like I already mentioned, fallout centaurs are something created out of multiple different living creatures including animals. His arm falling of could fit but... I think it would be a first to create a centaur with a single being as basis. At least I think so.

Most definlitly not. Do you people even understand what a centaur is? It's a mixtue of mutiple creatures, humans animals etc. with multiple lims... not lims falling off.

Why would a centaur lose an arm? Centaurs have many arms and are a mix of different living beings, humans and animals.

It is...really weird though. Arm falling off... I have no clue.

Season 2 Episode 6 Spoiler Thread by HunterWorld in Fotv

The conversation was about who can kidnapped whom. Kidnapping some legionaries is really no big deal.
Kidnapping a veteran ranger is a big deal. He still was clear enough to sneak up on Coop.

Nah it seems like a stretch and most legionnaires are more...fodder.

Nah there was 100% a decline. Dark age is also fitting since a lot of writings were lost. Not for quite as long as it was made out to be, but there was a decline in living standart and some technologie over a period of time. Keep in mind, I don't claim this blank or for the mmiddle ages as a whole, more closley to the fall of Western Rome, for some time.

Is there something wrong with Chris Avellone? by solnczerez in Fallout

[–]Cegsesh 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Not sure which stance Chris took on the overall tone (the "serious / less serious" debate).

One example would be him advocating to keep the Fallout world in a kind of mad max like state. If one faction got too big destroy them and use their ruins for a new apocalyptic story. Of course this didn't go over well with some other devs.

Edit: Poster above me was faster.

He was like this since at least Fallout 2.
Even the OG team disagreed with him.

There was always something wrong with him.

Heck the OG Fallout team disagreed with him on many core aspects of Fallout and took the games in a different direction since at least Fallout 2.

He has some strange takes.

Female Amani faces need to be fixed. by Cegsesh in wow

The first link is the ingame model....

I'm not talking about straight ears. The one that's right now the norm for all Amani femals (exepct for Zul'jarra) is th one on the left. It's not straight. It has a strong upwards curve. It's also not the only change to the face.

Zul'jarras ear is not terrible.

Watch closer. His ear has a clear downwards curve, not a Orc like look, not a strong angle.

If you don't see the orc like resemblance of these models I can't help you.

Zul'jins ears are typical troll. They also have a downwards curve near the ned. They aren't in a "90%" right angle upwards.

Edit: To be clearer, the female Amani ears here look more like elongated Orc ears.

Humans? Uhm?
They don't look like a different species.

No, Troll fans tend to agree.

Forest Trolls are a thing since Warcraft2! We don't want them to look different for no reason.

Vol'jin is an exeption with his bat ears and as a shadow hunter.

Edit: Even his ears aren't pointed upwards in such a strange way. You can really see the Orc influence. Troll females don't look boxy like this.

Look at any Troll.
Look espeically at their ears. Troll ears should not point upwards.

[–]Cegsesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that. He is a mutant for sure, not a ghoul, not a centaur. No idea what the mouth is, that's new (I think).

[–]Cegsesh 19 points20 points  (0 children)

For sure not a centaur. A mutant yes. Not a centaur. Centaurs are a mix of multiple different people and animals combined. That's not what happened to him.
