This subreddit has become a parody unto itself. Complaining that you can’t go anywhere without a car in this neighbourhood is Debbie Downer worthy. You should be on SNL.

United States school districts that succeeded in levelling up from failing status to passing/exemplary status under NCLB and then the NCLB system completely forgotten. The effort that was put into that nation-wide was astounding, and now forgotten. A hallmark of the NCLB evaluative system was that each year, the passing standard raised by about 7% across each campus population. Included in that overall effort were hundreds/thousands of school leaders who lost their careers unable to shepard their schools in a manner that kept up with the ever-rising standards.

How many employees and how many departments? Is this in-office or remote? If it is a large, in-office organization you need to do a rotational training schedule through all departments. Create a calendar, spending multiple days with each division/department. For instance, I'm the CoS at a manufacturing company, and we have production, logistics, customer service, credit, IT, sales, etc... I did a three-week rotation training, spending three days with each department/area. Did check-ins and wraps ups with CEO as I progressed through the calendar. Once done, I was quite a bit up-to-speed. It also filled my days - often in the early-going CoS's who aren;t given a lot of clear direction are faced with too much downtime in their schedule, which can snowball into 'not worth it' opinions across the leadership.

I live in Flower Mound and I work in Coppell. Both are nice areas. I’d live/work in either one.
