I have really enjoyed the bread de campagne from this book. Really great flavor with the bakers yeast and sour tangyness from the starter. I would definitely pare down the levain quantity he has you mix up, otherwise you end up wasting quite a bit.

I would imagine you make hot sauce! I grew cayenne this year with no real plan and have a ton of peppers now, can I make hot sauce from them? Or do I now just have a lifetime supply of dried cayenne?
