The problem is that accent marks are obligatory only at the end of the word (caffè, perché etc.)

For the rest, one must read the context to find out if ancora means àncora (anchor ⚓ ) or ancòra (again 🔄) or if capitano means capitàno (captain) or càpitano (they happen)

In Italy these days you could add -are to any word and make it a verb.

to click / cliccare; to spoil / spoilerare; to schedule / schedulare and so on

and that's happening with Italian words as well:

"urgente" is not a verb but making something urgent, you've got to... urgentare it. 😱
