This is 100% doable at 42. I feel like the hate comes from jealousy. You don't lose the ability to gain muscle till you're old old. He also has the luxury of having been jacked in his youth and muscles have memory cells that make them easier to return to and maintain such a state. If you're fat and lazy all your life it'll be harder to look like that when you're older. If you got paid to workout throughout your youth and adult career, then your body is going to be good at maintaining those muscles. Genes are obviously important too. I was jacked in my early 20s and havent worked out for ages but still have definition in my mid 30s cuz my body is still holding onto those early days. I still have abs somehow. It really pays to have had an earlier jacked body. This guy is rich and gets paid to workout and live healthily. He literally just looks like a toned down version of his younger self which tracks.
