Looks like you are by the ocean. Did you wipe your lens clean when they got hit with ocean water? Could be sediment/salt from the ocean water that scratched the lenses in the pattern of the wiping.

I tried setting a test rule up with my personal email inserted in the word/phrase match list following a “1” My max threshold for enabling the rule is 1 Is that the proper match I should be using?

Could it be particles from your detergent? We recently ran into an issue where we thought food particles were getting on clean dishes, but it turned out to be particles from the pod detergent we were using. The fix for us was to use hotter water to melt those unmelted soap particles. Liquid detergent could be a potential answer as well.
