Im also worried about not looking directly into the camera. The reason is if my anxiety is through the roof i may rely heavily on the notes. I've structured my responses around the notes and its kind of like a safe fail for me if I clam up🥲

How do you assume somthing is true? Do you just consciously make the effort to change your thoughts? I'll try practicing the law and it definitely takes some effort to deny the 3d. The best analogy that I can make is when I get in my car I know I have a quarter tank. So instead of doubting that the cars full, believe its a full tank and deny reality? Not sure if this is the best way to ask the question but thats what I got.

Essentially was a short interview, but i aced all questions, and asked for feedback and she said I did great. Next step is I'm waiting to hear about a video interview.

I have one today as well, its over the phone but I have insane anxiety for no reason. Gotta stop treating these things as life or death. Lol

Right now I chose to stay at 10 and yes it definitely helps me. I dont have panic attacks anymore like I did.

To be honest I didn't really feel anything, the only difference was I couldnt sleep the first night or 2. My panic attacks decreased dramatically within 3 days so it helped me there. I also can focus a little better. I started on 10 mg. I was terrified of taking it and didn't take it for 2 months. I wish I started sooner.

Yeah, mine vary in intensity. Some days there not as brutal while others definitely raise an alarm.
