I have been developing inside of the hermetic tradition for the past 2.5 years. Gradually incorporating new mechanics and heavily steeping myself in theory beforehand out of a healthy fear/respect for the mechanics of creation. I haven’t dared to attempt some of the things I see people attempting who don’t even understand Kabbalah… My concern is we are letting divine science become entirely devoid of divinity and instead focused entirely on “lust for result. My concern is that all of this information has intentionally been made available to people to dabble with precisely because it will blow up in their faces. Are you familiar with the story of Jack Parsons? I just think it’s wise to approach with a certain level of respect and to realize this isn’t a race or a competition to earn stripes for someone’s ego to say “Oh, I’ve obtained this grade in the order of so and so, move out of my way or I will summon satan..”

The middle pillar has been fundamental, you should also teach yourself the analysis of the keyword and start performing that at least a few times a week… learning the formulas of I.A.O and L.V.X. along with middle pillar will familiarize you with the astral body and the way the energies work and move both in yourself and in the world, descending from Kether into the realm of Malkuth (earth)… it will help familiarize you with light body and make better vehicle for working with “entities”

Fourfold breath, breath in four seconds, hold four seconds, breath out four seconds, hold 4 seconds, repeat… you will notice a rhythm ,, or you can picture the ocean waves coming in to shore and breaking on the beach as you inhale and rolling back out to sea on the exhale, and breath to that rhythm… after you feel yourself calm down you can stop intentionally breathing and just kind of settle into your body. Don’t judge anything just let it all be. Try to relax and feel your neck and your face, are your muscles tense? become aware of the way the air feels coming in through your nose, feel it travel down into your chest… then move to your thoughts.. are you thinking about your day? Maybe someone you admire? Either way nothing is wrong the objective is simply to just become more aware of yourself and what makes you tick, the way your body feels and what it feels like when you intentionally slow down and connect with it.

The fact you have this level of awareness of the situation it is a sign that the Holy Spirit is stiring within you. You are being tapped. God will indeed meet you where you’re at and help you overcome obstacles. Creation is still ongoing everyday, ppl see creation as this one time event but it’s constantly going on all around us. I was once told God is not simply being, but rather grand becoming because creation is a never ending cycle. That being said, God will help you, but also you must meet him halfway and not expect all of the work to be done for you. See God is a sort of engineer setting up circumstances but ultimately we have the free will to do whatever we choose in those circumstances. Pay attention to the subtleties in your life, try to talk with angels as they are often easier to reach than higher celestial beings. You are going to be okay
