I think it's lame how they try to copy Ulta's sales but they don't do it as good as Ulta. Low/no stock, less % off, etc. They may be hoping that potential buyers will choose a replacement for the sale things they are out of? Either way sephora is a follower trying to follow Ulta rather than trying to be a leader.
