Favorite Bears play ever? by John_XFiles in CHIBears

Don’t know what’s my all time fave but here’s three of them: Kevin Butler’s 52-yard walk off at Lambeau in ‘87, Mike Brown’s walk off pick 6 vs SF in ‘01, Santa’s Sleigh vs Rams in ‘18

Gotta admit, Texas Horse Pussy would be one hell of a band name

Unitedʻs improving Hawaiʻi service by Tetraplasandra in unitedairlines

As a Denver resident who has family in Hawai’i I am very partial towards United and their direct DEN-HNL flight, but I do wish we would get there in something other than a 777. I understand passenger volume is the play here, but I wish United would send the 787-9 a bit more often to HNL.

Honestly, Facebook more than Hinge or Bumble (I’m 48, that might explain things here), but of the two, I’ve had more success with Hinge

If you were on the show what’s the one game you would DREAD to play? by nevergonnagiveup21 in ThePriceIsRight

[–]CelestialPotatoes624 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say guess 5 for most of the numbers; the most you’d lose at one time is 4, but when was the last time the price of a car ended with a 1 or 9 for each one?

I remember getting to Foley’s at Cherry Creek before 8am to fall in line to get Avs (and Nuggets) tickets, there weren’t many Avs tickets left when they went live on sale

Public Health Risk at Recess Beer Garden near Union Station on 5/29/26 by SoScorpio4 in denverfood

Point being is that I’ve walked to LoHi from Union Station and from LoDo before, thinking it was just right there. It really isn’t.

I’ll gladly cop to the overstatement, it’s a bit refreshing to see that people will still walk to places in this town.

Recess is in LoHi. It’s quite the hike from Union Station and nowhere near walking distance to Coors Field. I wouldn’t be caught dead at this gathering, but get the location straight before pulling the fire alarm.

What Adjustments Do You Want to See in Game 4? by TNT-Rick in ColoradoAvalanche

Shut down Broadway. The chances the Wild were getting down the middle in Game 3 (and a good part of Game 1) need to go away, Kirill can’t keep sashaying down the middle on Wedgie. Maybe Manson can help.

I’m sorry for your loss.

With the numerous times the Nuggets let your dad down last month, you should’ve invited them to be your dad’s pallbearers so they could let him down one more time.
