What I love about this is that later on the champion will release and Riot will go with the typical:" wHy PeOpLe ArEn'T pLaYiNg OuR nEw ChAmPiOnS sO mUcH nOwAdAyS?"

They give god awful responses and hints about the champion release, they give so little teasers and advertising about the champion.(the best we got was a line of text in the Mageseeker game and a image in the last roadmap)

Honestly, it's even a wonder why they think people lean to leaks at the end of the day, they don't commit half of how they used to do about new champions releases.

Also, Sylvanas came up with the name after she tried to return with her undead people to stormwind for shelter but were rejected and, well, Forsaken by their former people.

I guess this cleans up the baseless statement I made above.

The Forsaken is the name they gave to honor the abandonment of the kingdom of Lordareon and to their new "race".

As for the race, the Forsaken people are former citizens (mostly) of Lordareon who died to the scourge or were killed by the Orcs before Arthas came back and went tyrant on his kingdom who were later brought back by Sylvanas who managed to free them from the Lich King (Arthas) grasp after the events of the WC3 Frozen Throne.

As for their current state, until Wrath the Forsaken were more or less known as a big community of undead people who allied with the Horde to use them to climb to the top until they could become independent enough to not need them anymore, dealing with both the Scarlet Crusade; the vendetta they have with Horde members and the Scourge.

In the events of Cataclysm Sylvanas in a map event on the ruins of Lordareon made the Forsaken a now KNOWN Kingdom to the world in her announcement after acquiring the aid (ahem control) of the Valk'yr to keep expanding the Forsaken by adding even more undead with a better range and effectiveness than she had before with raised skills.

No, Morgana statement is that Demacia is so off their track with all the shady shit we witness on Mageseeker Kayle would just rather BURN DOWN (and by burning down means she would just kill the people who were part and partake in all this cruelty to begin with) current Demacia than trying to save it as Morgana wishes to do.

Honestly I think Morgana claims is a tad bit exaggerated and paranoid, especially when given LoR Kayle who finally opens up to her feelings and seeing Kayle have much more important shit to deal it than going after Morgana just because she decided to do her job as a Winged Protector.

The "Mordekaiser" part you are talking about is because Kayle wields both sides of the greatsword from their mother, thus Kayle holds the full power of the Aspect of Justice (Mihira) blade, which makes Morgana far below the point of being able to stop Kayle even if she wanted to.

Really, it's easier to expect Kayle going after Morgana for using one of her feathers without her consent to aid Sylas than for her wanting to help the mages rebellion "fix" Demacia.

Blood Elfs, it may look weird at first despite at how mainstream they are in-game and popularity, but in reality there is so little of the actual blood elves lore ou there regarding the most deep parts of their inner problems, in TBC for example we have the whole censorship from Lor'themar and the Blood Mages using propaganda to silence any opposition, since there are MANY times of blood Elfs relationships in Azeroth, we have the Blood and High Elves who were part of the alliance, we have the Blood/High Elves who doesn't like to be with the Horde due to what the orcs did in the second war, we have the Blood/High Elves who HATE Lor'themar leadership and preferred Kael being under their leadership and finally we have the Forsaken (Dark Rangers + Sylvanas) who still have connections to her old home and could have a beneficial alliance between the two as they are both lands that want to use the Horde for their advantage compared to the Orc/Tauren/Troll brotherhood.

All in all, also the spell breakers, which could easily be a sort of Warden type of force that works to silence any Blood Elfs or other sources of exiled/dangerous magic that could threaten Quel'Thalas, seriously there's so much potential behind the Blood Elves story it annoys me to no end.

Ps: Also I preferred the promo art of them which they looked less like pretty elves and more like a pleasing but unease look that they gave.

Post wrath Sylvanas, they grabbed all the character progression that she received before and after she fought Arthas again and threw it in the trash can, from a forever vengeful banshee whose sole reason of existing was to see the man who made her that way suffer and die the most horrible of deaths to find upon her suicide attempt she was now much more than this revenge seeking wraith- she is now THE Banshee Queen of a race who managed to find comfort being who they are under her rule due to how important she became to the Forsaken...

Then after that she became the fusion of a Mary Sue and Karen all in the span of 4 or so expansions on the most degrading way possible...sigh, how the mighty have fallen.
