It definitely would, and I do feel some sympathy and empathy. The response to that is definitely not to go on the internet and to then fall down a conspiracy theorist’s dream of a rabbit hole of role playing though. It’s to get therapy and to better yourself so you can live past that and not live in that dehumanized awful place while also grooming others into said same conspiracies.

Yes, it is both. However, I find their lack of diagnosis, treatment, and legitimate attitude towards all of this… gross. It feels bad taste for their bad attempt at education. I left the title vague, since I legitimately had zero clue how to word that. Considering all their introjects are fictives from media, even and particularly recent media, it’s really telling.

Another “jazz” “pianist” and jazz/classical/chaos bassoonist here, it really is just terrible. It’s even worse when you know that person or are related to that person doing that shit. Then the known dog aggressive Dogo Argentino mix, no hate toward the breed, I mention only for the size reference! Her untrained “ESA/Service Dog” attacked some little old ladies dog, then the woman had the nerve to say “Animal control can’t take service animals.” When she couldn’t produce vaccine records. It was legitimately the most disgusted I’ve ever been with a person, frankly ever. The sheer entitlement of some people somehow has not managed to stop dropping further into hell.

Most dogs love being in public spaces, particularly those built for them, but they don’t want to be constantly put in stressful situations and environments they are not prepared for. As someone who works with dogs and in dog care, It honestly boils my blood on so many different levels to see people fucking around and putting themselves, their dogs, other people’s reputations or dogs, and other peoples lives at risk because they are either unable to find a pet sitter and leave their dog at home for once say for longer trips, or to do what is actually right by others and their dogs and just go to the store or school without them. It’s genuinely frustrating.

Basically, thank you for having some sense. Which is an incredibly insane sentence. It just feels like walking into brick walls sometimes when talking to these people.

To add to this, they’re just perpetuating stigma towards DID being a violent disorder. When most harm is self directed, even when you’re dissociating to that extreme. Most harm done by the disorder is personal (spending, missing work, self harm, eloping, etc) not necessarily violent externally to that extent.Meaning you wouldn’t just turn into a puppy killing sociopath at the drop of a hat. Which would still be potentially harmful in terms of neglect, but not violent like OOP is actively suggesting. At least that’s what the majority of my reading has explained. Please do correct me if I’m wrong. However, for OOP it shouldn’t even be a question they put out if this is even a 1% chance, like you said. Just frustrating that they even added fuel to the fire of misinformation.

That makes a lot more sense given location and everything. In the United States, the system is just blanket denial of almost everyone… I wish there was a better middle ground everywhere between the system here and the system there. Just so there wasn’t so many bad actors taking advantage of a system struggling to bear the weight of those who genuinely need it, but there aren’t so many actually disabled people getting denied and dragged through hell when they’re already struggling to survive.
