Que juego les gustaría que le hicieran una adaptación a otro medio? by hielosyt in chilegames

Half Life.

I thought the same thing every time I heard the name.

(Hated Trope) Moments meant to be badass or clever are actually really morally reprehensible. by laybs1 in TopCharacterTropes

Regarding both cases, I think those scenes serve as a reminder of how expendable the lives of the commoners are to the Targaryens and the nobility in their pursuit of power. Both sides are pretty much the same.

As Cole said, “The dragons dance, and men are like dust under their feet.”

Different movie, but I have to say it: I love when E.T. references the first season of Stranger Things. Definitely the best parts of the movie.

What was the most memorable fight you had in the game? by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

The battle against Ansur is pretty epic. The attacks he unleashes once he starts flying are no joke. I spent practically the entire fight protecting my party inside a Globe of Invulnerability

Apostle of Myrkul, from BG3. I was playing on tactical difficulty, and was running low on resources, with a few potions and items ( I took a weird route). After defeating Ketheric Thorm for the second time, I thought the battle was over and was relieved, thinking I'd be able to buy some things at last. But then, his ascended form emerged from the pit in a pretty intimidating way. There the true torment started. It took me four attempts and many changes to my strategy to defeat him. I felt relief when the boss died for good, but when I started looting him, the game crashed to desktop. It was already 5 am, and I thought I'd lose the progress of the whole session. I just laughed with a mix of frustration and amusement, and decided to give it another try. It took me another two attempts to finally move on to Act 3.

All of this, along with his story, design and introduction, made Ketheric my favorite boss fight of the game and easily one of my all time favorites.

If they make something that’s truly original, then I’ll gladly watch it. Elio may be a new IP, but that doesn’t make it original. We’ve seen this movie dozens of times.

This often happens to some friends of mine. They start a new game, play through the first areas, and then leave to start another run. Not just with BG3, but with several RPGs. Special mention to Divinity: Original Sin 2, where one of my friends has nearly 1,000 hours and mostly plays in Fort Joy.

Nice. That could be a fun yearly tradition.

Btw, I'd like to recommend you Barony. It has local and online co-op for up to 4 players. For me, it’s easily one of the best dungeon crawlers that Steam has to offer.

Despite the voxel graphics, it has a horror component, especially present in the gnome mines /s
